Refund policy

The following conditions apply to replacement and return:

  • The item must be in its original condition as received and not damaged.
  • The item must match exactly the item that was sold, without any manipulation or alteration.
  • Present the purchase receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning products through a shipping company agreed upon by both parties.
  • If an order is canceled after it has been shipped with the shipping company, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs as well as return fees (if applicable).
  • Electronic payment fees may be deducted upon order cancellation.

If none of the above conditions are met, the store reserves the right to: refuse or deduct.
